When run Spotify on my android phone, an unknown Chrome Cast device shows up as nearby.
I do not own any Chrome Cast and none is connected to my wifi. What is going on?
I checked the router, and it's only me who is connected.
Also, already changed password and logged out all offline devices.
It annoys the **bleep** out of me. What can I do?

So, it could be a neighbour or so who has the device?
Is there anything I need to do to ensure that my Spotify account and/or wifi is safe from this user?
No action needed. The damned thing will just carry on announcing itself to the world until the owner completes the setup. At that point, it will stop broadcasting it's SSID and revert to being just another device on the user's network.
