Update/instal reboot my phone

Hi,

Since this morning my phone can't update spotify app : when it finishes to download my phone restarts.

 I tried to reboot my phone before , removed sd card , uninstalled and cleaned all data from spotify , restored my phone and the problem is stayed.

I'm on Android 5.0.2, all others app can be installed.

Do you have any idea of how can i instal spotify on my phone ?

What device are you using and is the phone rooted?

And have you rooted the phone and installed a non-stock android version?

My phone isn't rooted, and i  I've done a factory reset of my phone and it's still crashing it.

Check that you are using the latest firmware from Wikio then get in touch with spotify support here.

Hello. 

I've contacted spotify and i've got the solution - worked perfect for me, Wiko Ridge 4G phone model. 

It's not the perfect one but allow us to use spotify while the issues are being solved.

The link to playstore/amazon is the acess to the new version.
What you can do is install the old version (for me, was working perfect).
Here, Works perfect.

Someone already had this issue and was solved.

Unfortunately, Google Play have not previous versions, so i download at this place

Not sure i've posted the right page to go.

Although the idea was to download directly the APK file and not from the google play store - are different files.

Here's the file. As i said, do not update spotify for now until the bug is fixed 🙂
