Updated App now.not connect at all

Updated App now.not connect at all

I have updated spotify app on my samsung galaxy and now it doesnet connect at all....i have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it....turned phone on and off....still no luck....please help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

 

Can you let us know the Spotify and Android version you're using?

 

Also, are you getting any error messages when you're trying to open the app? If so, please send us a screenshot of that error message and we'll take a look. 

 

In the meantime, please try to log in using a different Internet connection. If that doesn't work, restart your device and try to access again.

I have let no.end of people know all this information.at spotify already and still not been sorted
