Upgrade to premium but not working

Upgrade to premium but not working

I updated my account to premium and got the receipt, but both iphone and mac still ask me to upgrade, anything wrong?

I'm in the 30 days premium phase, but my android phone doesn't see the premium status. Is android only working when i'm in a paid premium phase?

Hi everyone, and welcome!

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

thank you for your answer.

On the website it does say "Premium", but on the Spotify App and on the windows application, it still says "get Upgrade".

 

I will wait more time and wait for changes!

Now it's working, great. Thank you! 🙂
