Volume likes to randomly jump straight to max since Spotify install

My Question or Issue

Since I've installed spotify my volume likes to randomly jump up to max. I have had this happen sometimes while a song is in progress but many times right when a song ends and the next beings. Ive turned off normalizing which doesnt help.

Also Spotify likes to play lower in general than other apps, and then ads slightly louder than that. So when I have gps navigation it comes on drastically louder and is really jarring.

So now with the randomness of volume I find myself checking the volume when each song starts to see if its not just the song thats loud or it spiked my volume up.
