Website doesn't work in desktop mode in phone browser

Website doesn't work in desktop mode in phone browser

  • When opening the Spotify website on my phone browser it loads normally and let's me play music, but if I turn on the desktop mode the page just keeps reloading in a loop. Turning off the desktop mode loads the page, but it doesn't let me do anything more than play song I can't add or remove songs from my playlists.

 

I tried the desktop mode because it said I can add a song multiple times to a playlist using the desktop site, but I can't even load the desktop site. 

 

I tried talking to the support but they can't do anything about it either. So, If anyone has any idea how to fix this issue please share it.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It's currently not possible to use the web player in your mobile browser with the Desktop version option selected, so if you'd like to add a song multiple times to a playlist, you'll need to log in on a desktop device (either in the app or the web player) and do it from there.
