When I click on Playlists the list shows up for 1 sec, then takes me to discover weekly. Android 7

I have a Samsung Tab A running Android 7.  When I click on "Your Library" and then on "Playlists" the list flashes up for less than 1 sec, then takes me to discover weekly.   I uninstalled spotify and then insalled again, same problem. Have premium.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
