Where are the downloaded local files from playlist are saved

My Question or Issue

Hi,

if I add local files to my playlist on my pc, my phone will donwload it, if it's in the same wifi and I can play it there, too. 
My Question is: Where are those files stored?

I'm trying to transfere them to a computer, which is not reachable over wlan to have them there as local files for my playlist.

Is this possible?

If yes, where are those files?
