Why are my canvas blocked. I can't find where to turned it on.

I can't find where I could possibly turn it on. It is completely blocked for me but it work for the others in my family. We have Spotify family. And I find it weird because it used to work.

I recommend checking if you have the Save Data option enabled within the Spotify app. If you don't, please check if the Data saver setting is enabled within your OS 🙂
