Why do albums sometimes redownload to Android?

Why do albums sometimes redownload to Android?

Does anyone know why albums sometimes redownload to the Android app?  I have all of my songs synched to my Android for offline listening. There have been a few times when I have wanted to add a few new albums, and when I start to synch the desktop to the Android, the app chooses some album that was previously synched and redownloads all the songs on that album.  It's not that much of a problem, but it does cause a delay before the new albums start downloading to the Android.

Hi. I've not noticed this but is it possible the redownloaded playlist didn't complete downloading originally? It may be that you're seeing the bug reported here.

I am positive that the album that redownloaded was properly downloaded originally, because I listened to the whole album offline before the redownload occurred.

It's possible that the tracks became lost at some point between then and the time that I went back online to resynch new albums.  If so, that would be a bug in the app.

Spotify when is this downloading problem going to be fixed. It's costly to keep on downloading. Very frustrated.
