Why does Spotify play other people's playlists with the same name as mine.

My Question or Issue

Whenever I use voice commands to play a playlist on my Android phone or Amazon Echo devices often someone else's Spotify playlist with the same name plays rather than mine. 

is it possible to stop spotify playing either other, external playlists or only focusing on my own playlists. It's really annoying
