Just to confirm, are you trying to subscribe to Premium Duo here? 

If so and you're still getting an error, would you mind trying again from a different device and using an incognito window? It's also worth trying again while using a different internet connection. 

If the issue persists afterwards, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
