Why doesn't my mobile app let me play music?

For the past couple of days i have been trying to listen to my saved music on my Spotify app and it hasn't been allowing me to do so, the only time that i have been able to listen to music is on my computer at home.

Do you get any error messages? Are you trying to stream from spotify or listen to music you have downloaded?

When I try to play a song saved onto a playlist or just any song in general a message saying "Get Premium now to get ad-free music everywhere", yet when I'm on my computer at home it allows me to listen to music.
