Why is my premium account showing the free interface?

My Question or Issue

Hi! For whatever reason, my Spotify app decided to show the free interface, even though I have a premium account. I've already tried uninstalling and then installing again, even tried to log in on another device, but nothing seems to resolve this issue. Weirdly enough, I can still download tracks and skip how many songs I want. As you can see on the attached image, the album artwork shows on the bottom and I can't swipe on the album art on the top – things that shouldn't happen on a premium account.
