Why isn't my locally downloaded music not showing up in my "SONGS"

So I managed to download songs from my computer on to my phone. However, even though I managed to download the playlist offline on my phone, I can't seem to find the music in my "Songs" section, where all my offline music is.

Music in playlists isn't added to your library under "songs". This was a decision taken by Spotify because of the 10,000 song limit in the library towards which playlists don't count.
