Why many people say "normal" quality is 96kbps ?

96 kbps will sound awful , im streaming on "normal" quality and it sounds nothing like 96 kbps , at 96 quality you will hear a pixelated sounds and drums will sound terrible

Im pretty sure that normal quality is 160kbps , it even sound better than 128kbps.

I agree. To me that is considered low quality, not normal. I think Spotify should reword it.

I prefer to listen in 320kbps with premium.
