Why the volume went from 100 to 50 percentage max.

I've checked all settings on my phone all set to high, also Spotify settings set to high, I can't hear almost anything in my headphones, few weeks ago everything was fine and loud.

You can try disabling Volume normalization in the app's settings to see if that helps. It's also worth checking the in-app equalizer and ensuring that there aren't any large boosts, as they would actually reduce the overall volume to prevent clipping. You can also disable it to see if there's a difference.
