Why when I press "Play Next Song" button, it deletes the whole queue?

Hello, I have a problem with Spotify that never happened to me and it started happening like two weeks back. Whenever I listen to music on Spotify, then turn off Spotify and after like 2 hours I turn on Spotify again, the last song that played when I turned off Spotify is still there but when it ends/I skip the song, there is nothing in the queue (nothing plays after the song ends/I skip it) and I need to click my playlist to shuffle play songs again from the start...

It happens on my phone (Android) and on my PC (Windows).
Why is this happening? What should I do?
