Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device? Just to confirm, is this happening when you try to open your account in the web player? Did you notice any difference if you try to open the web player on a different browser?

 

On another note, is this happening over WiFi? Ethernet? 3G/4G? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

 

Lastly, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the inconvenience you kindly mentioned? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
