Wont let me control audio

My Question or Issue

as you know console lowest option is way too loud so I would usually control the audio through my phone through the audio bar that was available, however today it wasnt there. I tried everything and nothing has worked. Any help?

depends on what you’re using , I’ve seen a volume option if you go in your settings on mobile . I don’t know though

We have received a few other reports about users not being able to control the volume on the Xbox One console and we're currently looking further into this.
