I set my profile to UK and i'm pretty sure that my IP address are located in UK. But i cant log in. Whats wrong?

So if you check here it says United Kingdom: https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/

And then if you go to this address it also says United kingdom: http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/
