You can only play music offline for a maximum of 3 devices?

I got this message when I opened my Spotify app. Now, the problem is I haven't synced or even used any other device other than my Android to play music on Spotify. Now all my offline music is gone and as a paying customer, this is one of the most frustrating things. Oh, I also noticed that the apps cache is still there, over 4GB. Is there a way around this? Do I have to start from scratch?

Hey @HaronG, welcome to the Spotify Community. 

In this case, try removing all of your offline devices here and then, reinstall the app following these steps.

After you've done that, you'll need to download the music again for offline use.
