You're offline over Wi-Fi

Hi. I have the problem: "You're offline" issue over wi-fi with a router Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000.

It seems more like network configuration. Does anyone know how to configure it? Everything works fine except the spotify.

I tried everithing with the problem continues.

With my mobile supplier everything works OK.

I have a Samsung Note Edge (Android 5.1.1) & Spotify ver. 5.2.0.885

The trouble is with my Wi-Fi configuration. I need help!!!! Thanks.

You may need to allow the IP range and ports that Spotify is using in your firewall or router manually: Open the firewall for 78.31.8.0/21 and open port 4070 for TCP as well as port 80 for TCP.
