add to home button are missing ホーム画面に追加 が出来ません

モバイルにおいて、ホーム画面に追加　のボタンが見つかりません。
以前は可能でした。
バージョンが最新であることは確認しました。
再ログインを行いました。

I hope you don't mind me replying in English. The  feature is currently unavailable, but there's an idea to bring it back (link below).

You can head over there, add your vote and subscribe to the thread. In the meantime, you can pin up to four items to the top of your library for easy access. These include playlists and their folders, albums, artists and podcasts.
