advertisement that hangs when i enter the app but music still playing

hi! when i exit the app n enter other apps n then  come back in again, there will be an advertisement that hangs so even if i click "more info" on the ad, the ad itself doesnt move but when i scroll up or down, the app moves accordingly but the ad still hangs so i cant do anything on the app at all. the music is still playing but is there any way i can solve this? thank you!
