Hi there
I am using Spotify on my Samsung Galaxy S3 (Android 4.3) for more than a year now without any problems. However about two weeks ago, all albums and songs disappeared from my collection. The artists also disappeared except for two, but when I click on these it tells me I don't have any songs saved. Strangely, I still have access to all my playlists. When I open my windows desktop version, everything is still there as it should be. (Off course I log off properly before opening spotify on my android device.)
I tried the troubleshooting tips (cleared cache, uninstalled, re-started, re-installed) but this didn't solve the problem.
Other info: premium account, plenty of free space on device and external SD card, device not rooted, have never changed any settings manually, log in with spotify user name (not facebook).
Any help to get my music back would be really appreciated.
