Which headphones for controlling spotify

Most should work as long as they have the in-line control such as the one's you've shown.

As for the best ones for you, that all depends on the budget you have and how much of an audiophile you are.... Some earphones provide a richer clarity on the high notes whereas others are better for baselines. A decent set of mid-range good all-round quality headphones should be OK for most... and some headphones provided with your phones are actually pretty good (the ones I got with my M8 are pretty decent considering they are a standard accessory).

Best bet is read the reviews on Amazon and have a look at tech sites for their top 5... sites like What HiFi are useful resource.
