had the 30 day free trial, if i sign up for the premium rate and use pay for just one month will i then be able to listen to my library thereafter

Yes, you can.

But remember, if you pay for month, you can listen tracks for a month. Then you get a Free limited service back.

If you want use Spotify for a month with Premium, for example, just subscribe for month and cancel. Or buy a Premium card.

so basically in that month if i can get a library of music together i can listen to that for months after without paying again

You can, but not without ads, you wouldn't be able to listen to that music offline, and you wouldn't be able to stream on your mobile, as far as I understand it.
