can play on computer but not on phone

Hi. I'm from Taiwan, and for some reason spotify works on my computer but not on the app in my phone. I use a Samsung galaxy... what seems to be the problem and how can I fix it??

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Well I recently discovered that without spotify premium you can't play specific songs on your phone, you're only allowed to go to an artist's profile and hit shuffle play. I guess that would explain things but for some reason even when I hit shuffle play nothing happens?? I reinstalled spotify several times already but still to no avail. It's weird since everything works on my laptop, so maybe the problem is with my phone or the app??
