I created a public playlist on a freshly creater premium account.
I can't find the playlist from other account (I search for by its unique name, with no results). Tried with 2 other different accounts, a free and a premium one.
I'm giving Spotify a try but so far too many quirks / rough edges (especially UI / UX wise)

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!
Keep in mind that new playlists may take a bit to show up in search.
No worries though, you should be still able to locate your public playlist by saving the playlist's URI and opening it from your new account.
