cannot move songs to sd card

In the recent app update an option in the settings of the spotify app to select where you want spotify to save the song cahce. I tap on the option to move on the sd card and the notifcation appears with a progress bar but once it finished it comes up with an error saying is couldn't copy over.

I have check the permissions and it can access the sd card. I tried reinstalling the app still doesn't work. I have an LG G4 running Android 6.0 

If anyone has any ideas I'll apreciate the help.

Can you try with a different SD card? Could be you have a corrupt block.
