cant access my account ,but i got charged!

cant access my account ,but i got charged!

I just got charged an account i cant even get in to..i have the user name and password but there is comercials and my play list is gone..i have emailed twice already..i am not getting any where. I would like to talk to some one but there is no number. I dont need a pass word reset i need to talk to someone!

Did you check your Junk/Spam Folder?

 

Also If you received a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂

Hi there, can you confirm you are using the same account details you upgraded to premium with? Have you checked to see if it's showing as premium at www.spotify.com/account

Lastly can you confirm the method of payment and country you are located in?
