cant get spotify to work on Samsung g s4

Hi
my spotify goes in black when it starts. and the only thing i can do is to send a report.
have restarted my phone to factory settings.
and tryed manny times to reinstall spotify

Hi. I bet you have an sd card?

Please read the clean install guide linked in my signature and note what i say regarding sd card usage. I think you need to format it before installing Spotify.
