My Question or Issue

WELL MY ISSUE IS THAT I HAVE PREMIUM PLAN AND I HAVE ALL THE SONGS ON MY PLAYLIST DOWNLOADED BUT IF MY PHONE IS NOT CONNECTED TO WIFI OR DATA SPOTIFY DONT PLAY NOTHING, ADITIONAL I SET ON THE RANDOM OPTION AND SPOTIFY ONLY TAKE A LITTLE PART OF MY ENTIRE PLAYLIST TO PLAY ON RANDOM MODE

Have you tried reinstalled the app yet? Here's instructions. You can try removing all Offline devices as well. You can do this here.

That should set everything back up. Hope it will work again!
