current playlist missing mobile, can only see current song

current playlist missing mobile, can only see current song

cannot see the full playlist on mobile. only shows current song and only option causes skip to next song. very frustrating, left 1 star review on google play store until this is resolved. Samsung s9+, verizon, if it matters

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in?

If a family member has a Spotify account, it could be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.


We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network, for example you can try connecting to another Wi-Fi to see if that issue still persists. If you don't have another available, you can ask a friend to start a hotspot for you and use that network.


If you still experience this, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. You can take a look at this page to see how to clear your cache.
