even if in offline mode it steals my mobile data volume

I am so disapointet. It feels like the android app will probably never work as intended.

In the last three month the spotify app on android used all my mobile data volume even if the app is set to offline mode. Also, after a few days in offline mode, the app deletes all my dowloaded songs and i need to redownload it severall time in a month.

So please fix these issues. I simply cant use the app if all my mobile datavolume ist used by the app even if i put it in offline mode.
