My problem is that i had an old free account for spotify and i connected my facebook account to it and now i have a new premium but i cant connect my facebook to it. I also cant remember the password to my old account. Second problem is that i cant publish my playlist. I published it but its not showing it to other people. Also my pc just broke down so i can only use my phone now...

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
