how do i make alexas show available to connect for anyone on the wifi

I've connected my alexas at home to a house spotify account, so when people play music in the house it doesn't interrupt my music listening. However this means if i want to control the alexas from my phone, running my personal spotify account, i have to tell alexa "connect spotify" in order for the alexa to show as an available device. Is there away to have alexa always show as an available device for any spotify account on the home network, without telling it to connect, like Sonos speakers do?

I'm not sure, as I don't use Alexa-enabled devices, but there may be some kind of skill or setting to change this functionality.
