i can't change my country

i'm open my spotify account on browser, but i can't change my country because there are nothing menu that i can choose

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

You can change your account's country by going into your profile settings.

Go to Spotify.com and log in. Then on the account page you can click your profile or edit profile option. There you can find the country field.
