i cant redownload spotify

Hi i had some problems on My tablet (samsung galaxy 4tab) so i  did a reset But  Now i can t redownload spotify premium becouse  google play told me that is yet installed.  Thank  you

Hmm, does the Play Store show something like an uninstall button so you can try to reinstall it again?

When you take a look at your app drawer, does Spotify show there somewhere for you?

You might also try to look at the apps page through: Settings - General - Applications*. Does Spotify show up there? 

*Steps based on my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro, might be different for your Tab4.
