is spotify not for free from now?

Hello, i have the question - is spotify not for free from now? i just wanted to listen to the songs but i cant press on them . when i want to press to the next song, i cant because im not able + it showed before that i need to go on premium free bc im offline and i have no wifi even though with wifi everything's fine. (with wifi everything is brilliant)

With Spotify Free you can listen to your songs on shuffle and while you're connected to internet. You can also skip six songs per hour. You can read more about that here.

With a Spotify Premium subscription you can listen to your favourite tunes on-demand everywhere.
