logged out after every restart

my problem is that i got logged out after every restart of my phone and all downloaded musik is gone.

i have an oukitel k6000, with android 6.0

Hi. Are you using a memory cleaner such as clean master on your phone?

i didnt installed an app like and didnt fould something like that in the settings.

Are you using an external SD card for spotify? If you remove it, does the problem go away?
