since today spitify starts music when pause immedltly when i come frome another app like youtube

To start, we recommend that you disable Autoplay from Settings > Playback > toggle off Autoplay similar content and then log out > log back in twice in a row to re-sync your account and the device.

If the issue persists and you haven't already done so, it's also a good idea to clear Spotify's cache as it can cause issues with its performance if it's corrupted. You can check out the steps here.
