my spotify downloads same songs on android daily

I use it every few days but for some reason my spotify downloads my songs every day!! Same ones over and over so it's using all my data and doesn't make sense I'm getting ready to cancel as saw older posts saying same thing and people were told it was a bug that was now fixed but mine has always done it why?
