new phone installation requires premium...which I already have...

HI

I just changed mobile phones. I have a Premium account for almost  year now-
On my previous LG Optimus, Spotify worked fine.
I just changed to a HTC One.
Spotify installed fine, and accepted my userid + password perfectly.

I can see my playlists, but they are all greyed out, when I click on any of them, it says I need a Premium account...which I already have...:(
I have reinstalled Spotify twice already, same problem.

Any ideas how to fix this ??

Did you log in with the wrong credentials by any chance? Do you log in with your desktop client using facebook credentials or username/password - you need to use the same login on all devices.

Is your subscription status on your online overview showing as premium?
