I have a SSD where all music gets downloaded. It is the fourth time (in a few days) that while playing a song, it suddenly stops (and resume after a few seconds) but the app shows like there are no downloaded songs and ignores the SSD card (the music is still there because I only it use for SSD and I can see the storage is still occupied).
I have to erase the SSD, and download again all songs, considering thet they are more than 3000 this is really a pain.
I am a premium user, my device is Android 5.1.1 and my android version is 5.3.0.995
I changed cellphones some weeks ago and this is the SDD I used in the other phone (where spotify worked for more than a year without issues). I have erased all contents in the SSD several times by now (as I mentioned, each time this problem happened)
When I go to the "storage" option, I can see the option has moved from "Device Storage" to "SD Card" (and logically all the offline playlists are gone)
Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders, removing offline devices and a REBOOT!

Thanks! It was the first thing I read and I believe I follows all steps in there to no avail.
Sorry it took so long for my answer: I just got the notification email about your last response.
I believe I deleted all offline accounts from my profile page. Since the last time I have to resync my music (a couple of days after my last message) a new version of spotify was installed in my phone (current version 5.4.0.858, previous was: 5.3.0.995) so I am hoping the issue is gone
I will report back in some days in case of everything is fine.
Unfortunately the offline music kept on dissapearing, no matter what I tried (uninstall, reformat sd card, remove devices from site, etc, etc). Most of the time it happens while listening to bluetooth in the car: it halts for a few seconds or show the playlists loading... and then it is gone, the app is no longer pointing at the sd (the music is still there).
Is there some debug/logging information I can take a look at in order to try to figure out what is happening. That could be of help
