paid for premium, still have free

So i bought a prepaid card, loaded it to my account and it said welcome to premium. I cant use any of the premium features, and the solutions given to me does not work

Do you use facebook in your login or you use a Spotify username?

Sometimes it can take up to an hour to replicate through. Try a quick logout and back in again as this can force refresh your account.

I have, and it says premium

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
