I've been all around in the Android app trying to find a DIRECT path to the play queue, but can't. How do I get to the queue to edit the playlist, add or remove songs from it?

Still have problems with the volume in my Samsung Galaxy 6 edge

The volume is poor and empty and I have to have the volume in max to hear something!Is the phone or app Spotify?
