premium user can't play playlist offline

hi,

i know that premium user should go online once in a month for play in offline mode.

but my premium account is not even a month yet.

my question is: i've download lots of playlist and albums on my account, but i don;t know why, sometimes when i go offline it won't play and i have to play my musics streaming or  re-download it 😞 (i don't want keep download musics every once a week)

please help,
