problem playing my music in offline mode and random pauses online

For some reason since I downloaded this app I've had countless problems but this is the most irritating one when I sync all my music at home and I get to work and my music doesn't work in offline mode and the I get these random pauses in my music if I'm at home or on my mobile data to listen to one specific song... any ideas as to what u can do??
